Order Policy

• All orders must be placed AT LEAST 2 week in advance
• Before adding your order to the calendar must fill out the order request form and receive order confirmation. Do NOT add your order to the calendar without speaking with me first.
• Your order is only secure once you have paid the deposit (50% total cost) AND added your desired date/time to my calendar. Without completing BOTH steps your order is NOT secure.
• Your order WILL be removed from the calendar if payment has not been received within 24hrs of booking. Places cannot be held on the calendar without payment.
• The deposit is non-refundable.

• All orders require 2 weeks notice however, we do accept late orders for an additional rush fee.
• The rush fee is a percentage(%) of your order total that varies depending on how close to the date you wish to order
• 1-3 days notice 75%
• 4-6 days notice 50%
• 7-9 days notice 30%
• 10-12 days notice 15%

Here at Dates Delights we respect every customers time and hope that you do the same with ours.

• There is a 30 minute grace period for all pick-ups. After the 30 minutes you will be charged a $25 late fee.
• If you are the last pickup of the day and you do not arrive on time, you may have to contact us to schedule a new pickup time (same day rescheduling is not guaranteed)
• When you arrive for your pick-up please send a message to let us know you are here! Your order will be brought to you ☺️

• Delivery is available for an addition cost, varying depending on distance
• For Delivery orders your remaining balance must be paid the morning of the delivery.

• We do not guarantee exact replicas of inspiration cakes  designs BUT something very similar, as every baker will not produce the exact same work.
• All custom cake request MUST be accompanied with an inspiration photo 
• We will not do designs without a photo reference, this is to eliminate confusion because my creativity is not always guaranteed to match the image in your head
• If you would like the baker to draw a sketch for a cake idea it is $10 per sketch

• Items that are perishable (ex: whipped cream, fresh fruits, fruit/custard fillings) ALL MUST BE KEPT REFRIGERATED
• Upon receiving your order proper handling and storage is your responsibility
• We are not liable for any damages or compromised product once it is in your possession 
• If your cake/cupcakes are compromised from an accident in the car (dropping/sliding) we may be able to repair damages for an additional cost (not guaranteed due to our constantly busy schedule) 
• We will NOT offer REFUNDS if you have improperly stored/transported your product

Can you make any cake? or just the ones on your page?

We are NOT limited to the designs only on our page, If you find something that you like not seen on our page send us a message!

Do you accept orders for Sunday?

No, we are closed EVERY Wednesday and Sunday 

I need a cake/cupcake this week would that be possible?

Yes! late order are accepted with an additional rush fee. Want to avoid rush fees? We offer next day cakes and next day cupcakes!

Do you baked for special diets?

Yes! We offer gluten free baked goods as well as vegan (Dairy Free) 

How do you accept payment?

We accept payments from Cashapp, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Zelle. (PayPal is accepted with additional fees)

Do any of your baked goods have nuts? (nut allergy)

Yes, certain cake flavors (carrot cake, butter pecan) contain nuts but not all
